There are not enough starts to rate Matt Krzyzanowski. My husband and I each bought new Madza from Matt within less than a week of each other. Al Rasin, the manager of Martin Mazda, Newark Delaware, is a jerk! The dealership gets the sale and screw any issues that arise (there were many). Also, don’t believe them if they tell you that you get three free months of Sirius Radio. They tell you that and then, you the customer jump through hoops trying to get the service to find out, your car is not eligible. I was sent there by a friend. Big mistake! I have thoughts about what’s going on at Martin Mazda of Delaware but I would not want to offend anyone so, I’ll approach it this way…the customer service or lack thereof may directly be attributed to the person who sold you your car. Maybe certain people are treated with a different level of respect depending on who sold you your car. When I spoke with Al Rasin, the manager, to try and remedy my problem, he asked me, who sold me my car. Then he asked if there where someone else on the car purchase other then me. Really. It went downhill after that…so I’m suggesting that maybe they profile people and provide customer service accordingly… I think these negative reviews have more in common then we each may know. Was my salesman friendly? Absolutely! Did he do, within reason all that he could so that I had a pleasant experience…no. I’m very disappointed. I won’t go back for repeat business and in good conscious, I certainly won’t be referring anyone to this dealership. More
