We had visited several dealerships throughout New England and it was Donald's customer service skills that made the sale. The trade-in process was not ideal. I do not believe this had anything to do with Donald. The trade-in values online through Kelley Blue Book do not match what was offered and we ultimately decided to keep the vehicle . More
