Purchased a used truck, Truck has some mechanical and safety issues that were missed by the dealership, drove truck home the day I purchased stopped for gas because there was not enough in truck to make safety issues that were missed by the dealership, drove truck home the day I purchased stopped for gas because there was not enough in truck to make it home, Truck died at the gas station and had it towed home. Had to put a new battery in the truck to get to start. Now truck needs major repair to get passed for inspection and be reliable. It's partly my fault for not getting truck gone through before I purchased, this was the same thing that happened with the last vehicle we purchased from this dealership, I never in a million years thought this vehicle would be as bad as the last. Also I had my own financing set up and the sales guy ensured me that there financing would be the same and it would be easier to go through them, well I had 6.2 and they conned me into 9.4 I found this out after the signing process, This really pissed me off and made me realize what kind of dealership this is. I was taken advantage of 2 times by Marty's you have my word I will never forget this and never return Again. I will also make it my goal to ensure no one I know deal with this company who obviously has #'s of vehicles sold as their priority and not quality of vehicles. More

Went in for heated/cooled seat recall/retrofit a few months back. First they had the wrong parts; understandable, went back two months later to get the correct parts installed, left my truck all day whi months back. First they had the wrong parts; understandable, went back two months later to get the correct parts installed, left my truck all day which was an inconvenience as there was no loaner vehicle. At the completion of the job I inspected the installation, nothing worked as they had not even touched the truck, the blank buttons were still there from the factory. I let that go as the gave me a free oil change. This brings me to the most recent service; oil change, tire rotation and heated steering wheel recall, first was a broken connector that required me to leave my vehicle for an extra day, then when I get my truck home I realize that the oil was never changed. I am done with this dealership and the unprofessional customer service. Time is money and Marty’s gmc has wasted way too much of mine to get my business. More
Over all my experience was good here at Marty’s. My complaint would be that they use a 3rd party for getting out of state registrations and that’s my particular situation.
