Ishane was great to work with during initial sales and getting truck configured with all of the new technology. Finance team was a nightmare with new pricing day of and provided own finance package even getting truck configured with all of the new technology. Finance team was a nightmare with new pricing day of and provided own finance package even though I already had (better) financing lined up. All of the paperwork was allegedly complete and changing would have caused major delays. More

There service department personnel are okay nothing special though. I have noticed that some oil changes they charge me for an additional quart of oil and other times don’t. I googled how many quarts t special though. I have noticed that some oil changes they charge me for an additional quart of oil and other times don’t. I googled how many quarts the engine takes and asked why some times they charge me for 9 quarts when it only calls for 8. They said well it takes 8.5 but can’t charge you for half of a quart. Still not sure why they over charge me a quart to begin with but believe it’s because I use coupons so they are trying to bring the price back up. More
