Marty's GMC responded

We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with the service that you received from Marty's. WE regretted having to provide you with bad new regarding your vehicle but that happens to be the case here. Although you had your vehicle dropped off to us 2 weeks early, your vehicle went into the shop as scheduled by you at the designated time. for diagnostic evaluation. Because the failure in your truck was not caused by a manufacturers defect but rather by the installation of a dump body it was not covered by warranty. Further, because you did not buy the vehicle from us and we were not involved in the adding of the body there was no way for us to attempt to get assistance from the body company. We do hope that you have success in doing so.

I get it with the warranty and all that I understand .. I originally thought Martys was affiliated with Ballard. I soon learned that that's not the case so my bad. I'm not angry about that.. the part that I didn't like was the fact that I was told numerous occasions when I called that someone would call me right back.. It took About 3 days just to confirm that zuzu even got my truck! I'm sitting at home worried Because I either get a voicemail or someone saying they'll call me back. Then finally I get an answer but have to talk to Peter and make a stink that no one is calling me back.. And then I called again after I already talked to Matt the mechanic.. And once again no one called me back and that's when I called corporateI had to call them to get someone to call me back. I get it you're short staffed, I'm short staffed.. but That doesn't mean I just say the xxxx with it and change and not care. I write reviews all the time and my reviews are pretty awesome I do not like giving a bad review it is not in my nature.. But this has not been a very good experience!!!
