center is only open M-F, it is very difficult for me to find a time to leave my truck for a full day. I finally worked out a day with my work, and I

I finally worked out a day with my work, and I made an 8:30 appointment with MKB for Friday, Apr 6 2012. They took my truck, asked what needed to be done, and sent me on my way. At 2:00pm I get a call stating that they had not yet started work, and would probably not get to it at all that day. I asked them how this could be given that I had a reservation for 8:30am. They THEN told me (but no one had previously explained) that the 8:30 appointment really means nothing. It might give me priority over a another car that arrived at the same time, but it does not mean you will get serviced.
I picked up my truck at 5:30pm, and nothing had been done by MKB. My truck sat on their lot for a full day untouched. As a result, I wasted a full day of my time plus the time of friends who drove me to/from MKB. I was very dissapointed and will not be back
