I am writing this complaint to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service at Maserati of Bergen County. My family and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership with gap insurance in disappointment with the customer service at Maserati of Bergen County. My family and I purchased a vehicle from this dealership with gap insurance in our name. However, when we were unfortunately involved in an accident and the car was totaled, we discovered that the gap insurance was registered under someone else's name. We have been calling and visiting the dealership continuously, but nothing has been done yet. The dealership has promised us several times to solve the issue, but it seems like they have been careless, and we have been experiencing financial stress since. We are still required to make monthly payments for a vehicle that is non-functional. The dealership's unprofessionalism has left a bad taste in our mouths. We had originally thought of purchasing another vehicle from Maserati, but we went with BMW instead because of the lack of urgency shown by the Maserati dealership. Since we have no choice, we will have to take legal action to resolve this matter. While we understand that errors occur, delaying resolving the problem, lack of empathy, and incompetence displayed by your staff are absolutely intolerable. More
