Great service, communication and follow up from Casey. When you have a Maserati, you rely on your dealership and their service team to be upfront and honest throughout the Dishonest and lazy service team! When you have a Maserati, you rely on your dealership and their service team to be upfront and honest throughout the process... this was not the case across the board. Overcharge, misread the malfunctions... and hourly service rates in excess of $250... just a joke. Took the car (at another Maserati dealers recommendation) to a local service shop and the car was fixed in an hour and I saved $1200 for unnecessary service. Scam between technician and service lead trying to increase the charges. More
