Called and was quoted a price for battery replacement on my Camry. Made appointment to get the battery replaced. When arrived at the dealership was told the same price as was quoted over the phone. When they had finished installing the battery brought the service bill forward and was then told I was given the wrong price, it was actually $30 more than quoted. They would not stand by their original quote and all the Service Manager said was that he was sorry and wouldn't change it. My whole family has bought Toyotas at this dealership and used the service center but that has ended. Never will have anything else done there or purchase another vehicle from them. I feel like they took advantage of an over 65 year old woman!!!! More

I've been used to an adversarial business relationship but the team at Massey broke that pattern. I felt welcome and appreciated while doing business with this team. Not just a 'no pressure' experience. We had conversations about topics other than the vehicle purchase. I'm from Virginia and love my state but couldn't get a Camry in the colour/trim/options/price that I wanted until I expanded my search to 250 miles. Massey had the exact vehicle that I wanted and charged no artificial 'market adjustment' like the dealers in my home state. I couldn't recommend Massey Toyota of Kinston, NC more. I would return to the dealer for every new Toyota that I may purchase in the future. More
