Good morning, Wish I could leave NO stars. I called in advance and was told to bring the vehicle in. I dropped off company vehicle on 7.14.23. Today, 7.28.23 when I call, I'm told it hasn't even been looked at and I should come and pick it up. No customer service. No Communication. Poor Attitude and Culture. They only care for the warranty money. More

I brought my jeep in for routine maintenance, check engine light, and issues with the transmission. My service manager was Sam Neely. First, he forgot to call or follow up with me. Then, after contacting the business. They stated they were unable to diagnose the transmission problem and completely forgot about the check engine lights. So they keep it another day to have Sam's friend "run another inspection." I am without a car for 3 days at this point. So I believe them maybe the transmission was an intermittent issue. I drive the car off the lot, not one mile later does the noise come back worse than ever. So I bring the vehicle back to Massey in the morning. I am completely ignored. I asked to speak to the service manager Matt Kelly. He refused to acknowledge my presence. He then preceded to be the rudest person I have had the misfortune of interacting with. His lack of professionalism was disgusting. If I behaved as he did, I would be fired at a minimum. This is by far the worst interaction I have had with any service center, let alone a certified jeep service center. The individuals I had the misfortune of interacting with are a poor representation of Massey and disservice to the Jeep brand. More
Went to the dealership at Massey YARDLEY for a rattling issue, Jaylen, their service advisor at the time told me the part is on back order, been checking in ever since. 5 months later, called to find out J issue, Jaylen, their service advisor at the time told me the part is on back order, been checking in ever since. 5 months later, called to find out Jaylen no longer works there. Come to find out, on their repair order, it says the part have been installed. Now that my extended warranty is now over. They do not want to fix the issue when I clearly have text messages from Jaylen. Never coming back to this dealership again, the service department do not hire honest people. We purchased a vehicle from Mervin and all was good until the dealership did not install a security system that I paid $999. I called the dealership and Mervin said they would refund my money since I live 3 the dealership did not install a security system that I paid $999. Fast forward 2 weeks and the person that signs the check was not there. Now we are another 1 more week and I called and spoke to someone that didn’t care at all. I asked for them to send the check via fedex or ups and he flat out refused. NEVER AGAIN! It’s pretty obvious all they care about is the sale and nothing else. Spend your money elsewhere. More
