Friendliness and Professionalism from start to finish Wayne our salesman, greeted us with a warm smile and didn't pressure us at all. We liked the car on the lot and he told us about it, but it wasn't Wayne our salesman, greeted us with a warm smile and didn't pressure us at all. We liked the car on the lot and he told us about it, but it wasn't all business. We chit chatted about mutual friends and family too. We asked questions about the car and then after visiting awhile he asked if we'd like to take it for a ride. We loved the car and of course then discussed deals etc. We've bought a lot of cars in our lives and I always hated to even go on a car lot because it usually ended up in being pressured to buy right then and there. I hated car shopping and even more-hated salesmen. Wayne was not that way at all-he made a comment that stuck with me - was something like "If you like the car and want to buy it fine, if you don't, I enjoyed meeting you and talking with you". What a difference. I only encountered one other salesman in my life (72 years old) that I liked and that was years ago. After we made the deal Wayne explained a lot of the features of the car and took his time. We sat in the car and went over a lot of things which helped us a lot. Wayne is an asset to your sales force and I'm glad we stopped at your dealership. Chris handled our paperwork and she was very helpful and answered all our other concerns. She was efficient, friendly and professional too. She worked with us with the payment due date which helped me out a lot. They both made our deal a stress free one-which is a first. Bonnie Spry More
