Warranty Issue I took my vehicle in for a warranty issue on my tire rims that the clear coat is flaking/peeling off. Mastel service manager took pics of the issue. A week or two goes by no response they take pics again and did a resubmit (what I was told). I did some follow up calls (being concerned the vehicle would be out of warranty in the near future) and when I did speak with the service manager--I was informed they were still waiting and they would call me as soon as they hear something. I asked the manager if I should call my concierge and I was informed not at this time and not to worry. A few weeks pass--I call them and the service manager informs me that the warranty was denied--This was at the end of May. I ask for reason, I was told there was no reason listed. I call the my concierge about the problem--He informed me he would research it. I spoke with the concierge today and he informed me that the manager at Mastel tried several times to call me and there was no response--That was a false statement. So, I call Mastel's service manager and was told the warranty was approved and no longer valid. I questioned why nobody contacted me and other questions related to these tire rims and I kept hearing it was to long ago, I don't remember. I even asked why they told the concierge they tried calling me several times and of course no answer to that either. More
