Stay away from this dealership. They will bait and switch you. They will lie to your face. And when you call them on it, they'll pretend they were acting in good faith all along and it was all a big misunder you. They will lie to your face. These people literally wrote $350 out of the small print in order to change a deal that was DONE. Horrible, right? But it's a car dealer... you almost expect that. But they also just happened to screw up the delivery so badly that my CREDIT was harmed as a direct result of their laziness and lies. Now THAT'S the kind of customer service a car dealer has to go above and beyond to provide! And now, many months later, I've discovered that they never returned the plates on my lease return, as they were supposed to do when they removed them from the vehicle. Now I have to go through the long, bureaucratic process of filing a "lost plate" request with the RMV in order to stop them from charging my excise tax on a vehicle I no longer lease or drive. Bottom Line: Mastria cares about one thing, and one thing only: Separating you from as much of your money as they possibly can. Find another option for that Mazda you've got your eye on... More
