While I love my new Mazda CX5, I wish I never bought it at Mastria Mazda in Raynham, MA. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in any company. I was completely disappointed and shocked at the lack of professionalism and integrity. I can promise I will never step foot in another Mastria dealership. I strongly recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle steer clear of any Mastria dealership!! More

Everyone I dealt with at Mastria was friendly and low-pressure, especially Jordan, my sales person. When I dropped off my car for installation of the Lo-Jack, it was also supposed to be registered and inspected by the time I picked it up the next evening, but it wasn't, and I had to wait around for them to inspect it. Just some newly opened kinks to work out, I think. Otherwise a positive experience, and I would return and recommend them to others! More

I visited Mastria Mazda to purchase a car for my daughter in January. We originally went there to look at a couple of vehicles that we saw listed online. Unfortunately, the vehicle my daughter was most interested in was sold the day before, however the salesman that we dealt with, Michael Mantell, was extremely helpful and was able to make some great recommendations based on my needs and the price I was looking to pay. He checked stock throughout the network of other local Mastria dealers, and brought us over to their sister store, Mastria Nissan. There we looked at several cars and test drove a couple. We went back to the original dealership and checked some numbers on a car that my daughter and I both liked, but felt it was out of our price range. Michael went back to the other dealership and brought back a '09 Toyota Corolla for us to look at, which ended up being the perfect choice. My daughter was happy, I was happy, and we negotiated what I thought was a great price for the vehicle as well as an excellent trade for her older car. They were also happy to take care of a couple of minor repairs on the car that we discovered after she brought the car home a couple of days later. I highly recommend Mastria Mazda and Michael Mantell for a great buying experience. I would definitely do business with them again. More

Great experience with warranty service. The place is clean, staff looks friendly and polite. Had a small issue with my almost new vehicle, not only they took care of it quickly (under 2 hours that I've clean, staff looks friendly and polite.
