I wish we lived closer because I would love to give this dealership my service business. I will recommend this dealership to others as it is 100% worth the drive. I first worked with Diogo who was professional, helpful and friendly. He was not available when I came back in today so I worked with someone else. I came in ready to purchase a CX5. The individual that he and friendly. He was not available when I came back in today so I worked with someone else. I came in ready to purchase a CX5. The individual that helped me had an attitude problem. He was inappropriate and unnecessarily aggressive. I understand holding a bottom line but being rude and obnoxious is not professional. This dealership needs to work on customer service. I probably would have purchased a car there today had I been treated with respect. As a side note, I did purchase a CX5 at the Quirk Mazda in Quincy. The experience was like night and day. I hope the Mastria Mazda considers training it’s employees. More
