I brought my car in for a NYS inspection. The machine was down and I was told ahead of time that it would be working. I had to already move my appointment once because of this. I made a 730am appointment because I needed to get to work for a 9am important meeting. The service professional informed me that the machine was working but it was unable to printout the inspection stickers and someone would have to drive my car to the dealership down the street to get the sticker. I was informed that this appointment would take a little longer than normal but it wouldn’t be too bad. At 840 I was still waiting for my car to be finished and when I questioned the service worker, he had to call the other dealership where my car was to let them know he needed it back. I didn’t leave the dealership until almost 930, I had to miss my meeting and it’s ridiculous it took 2 hours for an inspection on a car that is a lease from Chevy and it’s one year old! I am upset that this appointment was moved once to fix this issue and it didn’t in fact correct any issues but make it worse for me and my work schedule. I am very displeased with the service. I have been a long time Chevy customer and in fact own two vehicles from there. I hope this is not a testament to what Mastrovito taking over is going to be in the future. I will take my business elsewhere. More
