Went to this dealership based on an offer we got from car gurus, who said the offer was from the dealership. Drove 2 cars two and a half hours to sell the car for what was offered. Salesman came back with gurus, who said the offer was from the dealership. Drove 2 cars two and a half hours to sell the car for what was offered. Salesman came back with an offer over 4000 dollars less than what we were offered initially. Told us the offer we received in the email was from Car Gurus and not the dealership, which turns out is not true. The email clearly states that the offer is from the dealership. It also states in fine print that the dealer can adjust the offer if they wish. We were expecting that they would try to negotiate down some, but not 4000 dollars, especially since the car is in perfect condition. When we questioned the salesman about the initial offer and how could there be such a difference, he said it was the job of car gurus to get people to come into the dealership. Sounds like a bait and switch scam, which he was quite aware of. I had several offers from dealers much closer that were 2000 dollars higher, so he wasn't even close, and made no attempt to negotiate. I would never trust this dealership for any type of transaction. More

I was extremely upset with the service guy I got, saw me pull up and didn't greet my at all. In fact he sat down and waited for me to approach him. Number 2. Another customer came in and because absolute pull up and didn't greet my at all. In fact he sat down and waited for me to approach him. Number 2. Another customer came in and because absolutely no service representative were around . The customer started talking to me as if I worked there. I had politely tell him that I didn't work here. Still no one showed up. Number 3 I told my service representative don't ask me for anything else to be done with my SUV. So of course he tried to get me to add additional work done . I became extremely upset again told him all I wanted was a oil change. I will Never ever return there again, and I have been telling people about my experience there. Sarah Richards. More
