Maintained excellent communication, provided tailored service and ensured everything was taken care of to include a loaner to get me through and a pick up of my trade. I know there's always a team of support folks behind the scenes too, and I'm appreciative for all those in service, finance and guest relations that made each and every time I was there at the dealership or on a call with someone from there to feel like an important customer.
