Gina is always friendly on the phone when I call, Ali B, has been great to help me get my vehicle in for its yearly undercoating and interior protection. Last and not least Luke and Zach have been absolutely amazing when I bring my vehicle in for service. Also, Luke friendly advice helps me keep proactive on possible care services of the vehicle to keep in mind. It is because of them, I happy with my vehicle, will most likely purchase my next vehicle from Mastrovito and definitely keep telling my friends and family about my positive experiences. More

First of all, Zach Budway was very professional over the phone when I initially called to make my appointment for several recalls .That was my first indication that it was going to be a good experience ! I have not experienced this amount of professionalism and courtesy since operating our own families Ford dealership that closed 20 years ago and was in business for 50 years. They called the corporate office to get my car towed (for free) from the Syracuse Hyundai dealer when it broke down. The Syracuse dealership said they couldn't look at it for two weeks.
