Hello, I had to bring my Honda Fit in for a recall. (Driveshaft inspection/replacement) on July 6 2023. The gentleman helping me was very nice and courteous. He called me back when my car was done. I got my car back on the same day which was a plus. Upon entering and starting my car I noticed whomever test drove my car put my air conditioner on. When I tried to turn the air conditioner off the button was broken. It won't click off so whenever I turn the blower on the air cond. is stuck on. That being said, my car is old and I know these switches tend to go bad after a while. It was probably just a coincidence that the tech happened to use it the last time before it finally broke. Nonetheless, it was working when I dropped my car off and it was broken afterwards. Also, after leaving the dealership I immediately noticed a clunk or clack sound under my car whenever I pull away from a stop, That sound definitely wasn't there before I went in for the recall/repair. I also hear the new sound from time to time when I down-shift. The service department was already closed when I left the dealership, so I called them the next day first thing in the morning, and told them about the new sound my car was making. They were nice about it and I was asked to bring my car back in the following Wednesday (July 12, 2023). I guess we'll see how this plays out. I'm a reasonable person and I know people make mistakes. If they fix the new clunk/clack sound my car now makes after they had it I will be more than satisfied. Again, the person helping me was very nice, and I'm not trying to throw him under the bus. I'm just stating the facts. Two new issue popped up after having car at this dealership. The A/C switch breaking was most likely a coincidence. The clunk/clack sound after the recall/repair definitely wasn't. This review is somewhat incomplete because it will need to be updated after my visit back to the dealership this Wednesday. Until then Thanks for your time, Nicholas PS Everyone that helped me was nice but I don't know the their names. Since my car is having issues after this repair/recall I'm going to give them 3 stars.
