The team was friendly enough. But the car had been in the week before with a check engine light on. When my son asked they just said how much it would cost for the analysis. I feel they should have told him why he should get it checked. So when I called to pay and asked about the check engine light he told me the same. I told them to check it. Then we had to wait a week and take it back in. Also both times I got a call from the service manager the car was ready and then hours later another call from someone else that it was ready. They had no idea I had already been called. Very confusing. More
For the recall on my new Passport they were excellent and timely. However, a month or two ago, the windshield wiper on my 2012 Odyssey didn’t work well.
