I had an appointment for 1:00 and I was told that replacing the rear camera was a one hour job. I didn't get out of there until 4:00 p.m.. It wasn't because the repair took too long. It was because t replacing the rear camera was a one hour job. I didn't get out of there until 4:00 p.m.. It wasn't because the repair took too long. It was because they apparently overbooked (the waiting room was packed) and my car sat outside for over 2 hours before they took it in to work on it! Additionally, when checking out they got confused. My insurance had already paid for the repair and there was a mix-up as they couldn't find it. Every person in that waiting room were getting aggravated and claimed they had never had a good experience at this dealership. I personally will never go back. Unfortunately, this is a small town and Matt Burned is the only Honda dealership here. More

I was satisfied with most of the service. the only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was that my water pump needed to be replaced and was never told about that they just went ahead and replaced it the only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was that my water pump needed to be replaced and was never told about that they just went ahead and replaced it with out letting me know that it was bad an it needed to be replaced, I didn’t know about until after I picked up my vehicle and was home looking over the bill and that is when I seen that they replaced the water pump.it would have been nice if someone had call and discuss that with me first. With purchasing over 9 honda vehicles, they are reliable and dependable giving the consumer best value for their money.
