Battery in wife's key was low. Took a ride up to Burne Honda, only to find they were closed for inventory. Went home, pulled up Dr. Google, got a new battery and following the instructions, changed it my Honda, only to find they were closed for inventory. Went home, pulled up Dr. Google, got a new battery and following the instructions, changed it myself....so I thought. Error was did not test. Next morning, key STILL NOT WORKING! Took apart only to find battery kept popping out of slot. Soup to Burne Honda again, after a call to Morgan, who said to "just bring it up". Walked in, handed it to Morgan,he opened it and said, "I see the problem." Seems as I put the new battery in, I HAD DEPRESSED the two REAR PINS that held the battery in place. Hence the popping out action. Less than a minute, key fixed and out the door I went with a key THAT NOW WORKED PROPERLY!! Never an issue with Matt Burne Honda Service Dept! More

Labor on oil change is a bit much. Can get oil change for half that other places.
