I took my 2010 Honda Fit to Matt Burne Honda for a factory recall . They were professional, kind and courteous on the phone as well as at drop off and pick-up of my car. I have a Honda Dealer 5 minute factory recall . They were professional, kind and courteous on the phone as well as at drop off and pick-up of my car. I have a Honda Dealer 5 minutes from my home but because of being disrespected there, I choose to drive approximately 30 miles more for the respectful and feeling of a valued customer. More
