Overall good sales experience. Salesman Tom was nice to deal with. I was not impressed with the detailing of the new car, though. This car was on the showroom floor and when I first sat in it at the dealer deal with. I was not impressed with the detailing of the new car, though. This car was on the showroom floor and when I first sat in it at the dealership I remembered parts of the interior where there were pieces of paper left and also elbow marks on the center console from other people sitting in it. When I took delivery of the car all the same dirty parts were still dirty and same pieces of paper still on the ground showing it was not vacuumed or cleaned. There is also a black smudge on the rear bumper that will not come off. I was also not impressed with the finance manager pushing the extended warranty. When all is said and done, I would still recommend Matt Burne Honda More
