Had noise coming from front tire. Could not see anything wrong. Without appt Honda told me to stop by to have it checked. Within 45 minutes screw and debris was removed from tire. Professional and courteous!! I've been dealing with Matt Burne Honda for almost 20 years, and have bought 3 new automobiles from this dealership. I can tell anyone that they are I've been dealing with Matt Burne Honda for almost 20 years, and have bought 3 new automobiles from this dealership. I can tell anyone that they are first class, when it comes to dealing with people, and the way they service your automobile. I have never had any major problems with any of my Honda's, and wouldn't even think of going elsewhere, except for maybe tires, because when they service your vehicle, they do it right the first time. The people that work in that dealership are truly first rate, from the service people to the detail shop. I have gotten to know most of the people that work there over the years, and they truly make you feel like family every time I visit. Kudos for being such a greatly run dealership. Honda can truly be proud of having you as a dealership to sell their vehicles. Egon and Jack are 2 of my go 2 guys, and have been nothing but fantastic to deal with. More
