I was surprised to learn that my 2020 Ridgeline needed the axel fuid changed at 12,000 miles as preventative maintenance, the salesperson should have told me that when I leased it. I was grossly overcharged for the service at Matt Burne Honda. $139.00. My family member works at a Honda Dealership, he is the parts Manager. Their facility in south Jersey charges $69.95 for the same service. This is my 10th Honda........if this is how you treat your dedicated repeat customers than I will consider switching to Toyota when my lease is up. I'm very disappointed. Joseph A. Good salesmen however,waited 3 hours for the paperwork to be done. Something that could of been done quick they didn’t bother to look into and wasted a lot of my time.
