Thankfully, buying a new car was an easy and enjoyable stress free experience. Matt Wicksnes took his time to explain all of the details and features of my new car. He answered all of my questions to help make sure this vehicle was a perfect match for my needs. I feel like I got a great deal on a wonderful car that will last me many years. Definitely recommend!! Everyone, except Sean was a pleasure to work with. Sean was rude to my father when he was unable to pitch his sales for more warranty. He would rather get his commision no matter if he puts the customers in a higher payment plan than what they can afford. With Mr. Harrity I told him what I can afford to pay and he work with me, at no time did he try to pressure me into buying a car I couldn't afford. When I recommend my family and friends to Matt's it is because of people like Mr. Harrity. Know that when I finished with this car payment I will be back to see Mr. Harrity for another Honda. The man there seemed busy but looked up my car information from my work papers to get me the correct battery. I paid for the battery and asked if he could help me with it. He couldn't. So another employee came over and did help me and I thanked him. But the key remote still do NOT work. So I'm still opening and locking doors myself. More
