Inspection and Recall - ok Took my Ridgeline in for a State Inspection and a fuel pump recall - no issues. I did find the vehicle outside with the rear windows Down - could have been an issue if it had rained, but i’ll Give the technician the benefit of the doubt and assume they were down to keep the heat out when I entered the vehicle. Brought Car in For New Key I had an excellent experience here. I brought in the car for a new programmed key (old one broke in half), when I arrived I was greeted in a very pro I had an excellent experience here. I brought in the car for a new programmed key (old one broke in half), when I arrived I was greeted in a very professional and efficient manner. Although the appointment was only for the key, we noticed the night before that there may be a brake issue so I asked if they could squeeze in a brake check. They did, and thank goodness because the brakes were in bad shape and they took care of it after checking with me for price approval. They also have a nice customer waiting area with complimentary Dunkin muffins, donuts and coffees! One advice, when you park your car upon entering for service, take note of your spot number so you can tell them where you parked when you get to the service desk. Service parking is located in back lot. More
