Last week, had my 2019 Civic in for oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up, found out that my car needed an INSPECTION AND TIRES. The staff had tried to contact me while it was there but an o rotation. When I picked it up, found out that my car needed an INSPECTION AND TIRES. The staff had tried to contact me while it was there but an old phone number messed that up. No big deal. Since my daughter drives this car, called her, checked her schedule and in 5 minutes, called Burne Service back, appointment made for the tires and inspection and all was right with the world. Car was completed on time YESTERDAY and is now up to date and a real smooth ride. Many thanks to the best, most efficient service dept in the area, the staff and skilled service techs at Burne Honda! More

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! with the last dealing with Matt Burne Honda. Got screwed when I turned in my lease 2016 CRV, was told one thing by the sales person, the trouble was he never followed up on the de Burne Honda. Got screwed when I turned in my lease 2016 CRV, was told one thing by the sales person, the trouble was he never followed up on the details regarding the "buy out", ending up costing me $1277.00 30 days later. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and helpful. No one was pushy. They told me what was wrong that I was not aware of and let me decide if I wanted it fixed.
