Everyone of the "Four Horsemen of Burne My recent service visit, 7-16-2020, was excellent as per usual considering the issues going on in this nation. Everyone of the "Four Horsemen of Burne Honda," were utilizing their masks when they had too. Mike Gramigna, Morgan Green and Egon Berardinelli that I saw were good as per usual. Jack Munley was out of the office when I was there, although he is one of the horsemen. Burne Honda never disappoints and is one of the reasons why my wife and I keep buying Honda. Also, we only buy cars from Dave Walsh, who always goes the extra mile for us whenever we buy a car. Another great experience with the Matt Burne service department. I called Jack Munley Wednesday morning and he said they where booked but bring it in and they had my wife’s pilot all squared away in a department. Every time I call and go to the service department I am treated like I am the best customer they have. Jack, Mike, and Egon go out of their way to make sure I understand the cars features and the servicing needs. The cost is always very reasonable and I honestly feel they lookout for me to make sure I have a good experience with Honda.
