Went in for an oil change. Everyone does a really great job. If you ask them to check something they do. I have never had a bad service. Friendly and helpful, but long wait for an appointment As usual, the service on the day of my appointment was excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and reviewed the overall inspection with my husband. I waited about an hour and the room was comfortable and clean. The only reason I did not give them five stars is because I had to wait so long for an appointment. I scheduled my first appointment as a drop off the first week of December, with a pick up on Dec. 3. I called on Dec. 1 to ask for a drop off time instead because I was unable to drop it off the night before and Brittany cut me off and said she didn't have another "wait for it" appointment until Dec. 13. While I realize they are busy, I explained that I had an appointment for the 3rd already and just needed a time so I could wait. She abruptly said the best she could do was the 13th. Again, the actual service was great. But getting the appointment was not pleasant. More
