I only have Burne service the automobile.Service managers are always helpful...have primarily dealt with Mr. Berardinelli who always watches out for any issues and advises me about them. Replace shields on CRV Brought my CRV in for repairs, and it was completed in a timely matter, as promised. The only disappointment I had this time was, that I had to call the Service department to see if my parts where in, so I scheduled my appt for last Friday, and then on Saturday I received a notice by US mail, that my parts were in, and to call to schedule the appt. after the fact that I already had it repaired the day before. Excellent service and a pleasant experience. The waiting area is well lit with a large screen tv playing and free coffee. More
