BURNE IS THE BEST!!!!!!! Jack, Egon and Morgan are the most helpful, responsive customer service professionals that I know. I have been to two other Honda Dealerships outside Jack, Egon and Morgan are the most helpful, responsive customer service professionals that I know. I have been to two other Honda Dealerships outside of Lackawanna County and I will never do business with either one again. I have purchased 2 Pilots and a Civic from Burne and I will be replacing my company provided Accord in July with Burne. I trust you, I promote you and I wouldnt go ANYWHERE else for service. Egon and his wife even eat at the same local restaurant that we frequent and he goes out of his way to come over to say "hello" and thank me for my business!!! Kudos to your team in Scranton!
