Service Great, 2018 H-RV AC not so great All Service Dept personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. The only disappointment came with the vehicle, a 2018 Honda H-RV, I purchased All Service Dept personnel were friendly, professional and helpful. The only disappointment came with the vehicle, a 2018 Honda H-RV, I purchased new. At around 450 miles, the air conditioner blew nice, warm air, especially lovely on a 90 degree day. After Honda service inspected, it was determined that the O-Rings had failed. Parts had to be ordered and I am awaiting a call when parts come in so AC can be fixed. What is going on with inferior parts? More
