Dropped off my car around noon and by 4 PM all the work was done. Great service and quality workmanship. The staff at Burne Honda has always been professional and courteous. Egon was outstanding in his communication skills. He explained all the ins and outs of the work to be done and was able to keep the time my vehicle was in the shop to a minimum. Ruined driver side door I scheduled an appointment for a minor repair. The piece on the back windshield that the windshield washer fluid comes out of had broken off. At the time of scheduling I told them I would be waiting for the vehicle. When I arrived they also had me down for a recall repair for the door locks. I was never informed of this ahead of time and had to wait 2 1/2 hours for my car. In repairing the door lock on the driver side door, they did something to the inner door panel and now it sticks up. I am very unhappy. More

Annual inspection visit I went with my grandmother to have her car inspected. She's 83 years old, doesn't drive much, and only takes the car in once a year. I've been driving her car the last few months and I know theres some things it needs, the breaks don't respond properly, the oil needs to be changed, and theres an error indicator light always on, which the manual says could be a fuel emissions issue, and to take it to the dealer asap. None of these things were fixed when we were there. I brought them up, they told me the breaks and oil are fine and the light doesn't mean anything. I'm not happy with those answers. More
