bad experience, again Bought the works oil change, my fluids were not topped off again, terrible. I was informed about a check engine light on and was told what the problem Bought the works oil change, my fluids were not topped off again, terrible. I was informed about a check engine light on and was told what the problem was. I waited an additional two hours for a diagnosis and was charged an additional $110.00 for the same information. I feel I was ripped off or taken advantage of. In my opinion, the service manager shouldn't have suggested a diagnosis because the information about the fuel inlet light was given to me before the diagnosis. After this ordeal I do not trust your service department More

Recent oil change They were on time with getting my car into the shop for an oil change. They communicated with me on any new issues they found when doing the oil chang They were on time with getting my car into the shop for an oil change. They communicated with me on any new issues they found when doing the oil change. Received the check that included the oil change and flushing out the brake fluid and it was a reasonable amount. They have a solid customer service team. I have used other repair centers but in the end I have gone back to these guys. Win win situation. More
