In quick - out quick! I called in a day ahead and was told I could be accommodated the next day. I arrived on time and within 15 minutes was told everything I needed to kno I called in a day ahead and was told I could be accommodated the next day. In a little over an hour, the car was analyzed, tires were rotated, one tire needed s patch, and oil and filters were changed. the service agent was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. All in all, a very pleasant experience! More

bad experience, again Bought the works oil change, my fluids were not topped off again, terrible. I was informed about a check engine light on and was told what the problem Bought the works oil change, my fluids were not topped off again, terrible. I was informed about a check engine light on and was told what the problem was. I waited an additional two hours for a diagnosis and was charged an additional $110.00 for the same information. I feel I was ripped off or taken advantage of. In my opinion, the service manager shouldn't have suggested a diagnosis because the information about the fuel inlet light was given to me before the diagnosis. After this ordeal I do not trust your service department More
