They communicated with me on any new issues they found when doing the oil change. Received the check that included the oil change and flushing out the brake fluid and it was a reasonable amount. They have a solid customer service team. I have used other repair centers but in the end I have gone back to these guys. Win win situation. More

Service My electric system was totally on the blink. On the way to dealership, I stopped at hardware store nearby to get something and when I returned to my c My electric system was totally on the blink. On the way to dealership, I stopped at hardware store nearby to get something and when I returned to my car the battery was dead. I walked to the dealership and met the Service Manager and he immediately dispatched someone to retrieve my car while I relaxed w some coffee and donuts. Turned out the battery needed to be replaced which we did and everything turned out well. Russell was very personable and professional. Very happy with the attention given to me. More

Oil change and tire rotation I needed several things done. 1. oil change and tire rotation 2. A plastic cover under the engine had come loose and was dragging on the ground. Sai I needed several things done. 1. oil change and tire rotation 2. A plastic cover under the engine had come loose and was dragging on the ground. Said it was due to my hitting something? parts on order. 3. While on vacation front wind shied was cracked and had to be replaced. Per my insurance co. re-calibration was to be done by dealer. Service was unable to do so I had to make a separate appointment with the body shop on a different day and return. A little coordination between service and the body shop would have been appreciated. More
