A/C not working AGAIN/STILL Brought my Fusion in for A/C repair. They ran diagnostics which cost me $100 +\- and said they determined the problem. They “fixed” the problem at a Brought my Fusion in for A/C repair. They ran diagnostics which cost me $100 +\- and said they determined the problem. They “fixed” the problem at a cost to me at $467 and a few days later A/C having same problem. Not fixed. I am not happy - I called and left message. Waiting to hear from them. ?? Brought Fusion back in only to find out there is yet another problem causing A\C to fail. Ford fixed Evap Temp Sensor for an additional $566. Have the car back and it seems to be blowing cold air. I’ll give it a couple of days before I believe it will stay fixed. UPDATE - It has been a couple of weeks and the A/C is still working. The temperature outside has been in the 70’s so I really haven’t had the need to run A/C much however it is still working. Hopefully it will be working good when the temps go back up in the 90’s. UPDATE - Approximately 45 days since last A/C repair and once again A/C is blowing hot air AGAIN! Same problem. Still not fixed! I have called Matthews-Currie and set up an appointment for Feb. 1, 2019 to bring it back in for them to take a look and hopefully permanently fix this problem. I am so frustrated with this. :( More

First Visit to MAtthews-Currie I recently moved to Venice from Bradenton and had to bring my car in for routine servicing and have my passenger door checked for a rattling sound. I I recently moved to Venice from Bradenton and had to bring my car in for routine servicing and have my passenger door checked for a rattling sound. I did make an appointment and came in at the appropriate time expecting to have to wait especially to have the door checked. Josh was handling my appointment but did say it may take a few hours so I said I'd just bring the car back another time. But then he really wanted to see if he could possibly get it checked that morning, which did not work out for my timeline that day since it would take longer. However something must have been done because the door has stopped rattling. The Service was quick, Josh was courteous and helpful and more personable than most I've dealt with at other dealerships. I will definitely always come back to Matthews-Currie Ford. More
