As disturbing as it was to have a motor go down on new truck before its first oil change. They got it back to me in a reasonable amount of time despite my frustration. When we seen the vehicle on line we called to see if it was still available before making the trip...we got connected to Cole,who was very nice to us. Andy was extremely helpful with taking care of my warranty problem with my entertainment system. He had to order parts, so I had to comeback, but he provided me with a loaner each time.
