Broke my crappy lug nuts which I understand. Sent me home (1 hour away) with the other lug nuts not tightened. Was missing 1 lugnut on each tire. Was going to charge me $13/lugnut. Cole Lewis did a fantastic job! He was quick to respond, didn't mess around pushing things I wasn't interested in, and got the transaction processed quickly.
