Fred & Jim, super friendly. Gave practical advice with an accent of humor in it! Tho' a woman w/low mechanical knowledge, Fred & Jim did not in any way make me feel 'talked down to'. Instead, I got an education in how to practically and affordably maintain the functioning of our Savana van by keeping it well-serviced. Fred listened to our request and double checked when it last had its tires rotated. Fred then called our cell phone when there was a question re: possible battery replacement. And he called when the service was done. Husband and I are 100% satisfied with our interactions with GMC's Service Dept. Thank you for being there for us when our van and we need you! We cannot always afford all of the services our van needs (at the time), but we do our best to have done what our budget allows. We very much appreciate the coupons mailed to us! P.S.
