I recently brought my Lincoln MKT in for service and I was quoted one price. But it turned out to be less then quoted then I needed wheel barring done on the front so I told them to complete all the work was quoted one price. But it turned out to be less then quoted then I needed wheel barring done on the front so I told them to complete all the work that needed to be done including spark plugs and transmission flush etc. I picked my car up on Saturday and paid almost $7000 and there was another maintenance on my car that I wasn’t told about also I had my washer replaced for washer fluid I don’t know how it was tested because there’s no washer fluid in my car. Also I asked to have my one good tire kept and I didn’t receive that as well. When I went to pay for my car in cash the cashier was rude and had a problem because of the amount of cash I already had spoken to Nick and told him I was bringing cash. She acted as if that was a problem.I was carless for over 3 weeks and at first they wanted me to pay half down and they didn’t even have the parts. Being that I said I was a longtime customer they let it go. I love my Lincoln but the way that I was treated was unfairly. And I’m very dissatisfied with my service being that I still have a light on in my car. I was told I would need brakes in the future. But nothing more I also had to get a rental at an additional expense because this wasn’t covered by insurance because there was no accident. On the repair receipt the recall wasn’t completed and there was nobody there to talk to me really about it. The guy that was at the service desk said to me he didn’t do the work on the car. He did call the mechanic I believe on his cell. I don’t know how this service can be rectified about this additional light that I have on in my car because again I said to fix everything that was needed as soon as you turn the car on you see this light so if the car was test driven and all ready to go how would this maintenance light still be on . I wish I could have had a loaner car while my car was being serviced since I sat in silence for the hours it took for the job.
