I absolutely did NOT receive my mats. So, I congratulate you on once again representing the incompetence and arrogance of your team in assuming you know what you’re even saying. If you had read my experience in any meaningful way, which clearly you did not, OR actually spoken to someone on your team familiar with the matter, you would have known that I came in person JUST TODAY to pick them up and was told that they were NOT there and needed to be ordered. Again. This is 3 weeks AFTER they should have been ordered to begin with. Pertaining to your comments around lending rates, your point is exactly my point. Which again, you would know if you had taken the time to absorb what I was saying. You can only work with the rates given by the banks. This is obvious. So why then, would the sales team present a financing option at 18% before settling on a final agreement at less than 8% only when faced with the loss of the sale? Commission, that’s why. At least that’s the perception, and it’s a bad perception. Disregarding the anecdote about “calling in a favor” to a particular lender who ended up not even being an eligible lender, this is just not customer centric practice regardless of what rates the banks provide. Rather, it’s predatory and self serving. I never suggested that “my bank” was the most favorable lender to me, only that I expected to agree to a deal that was fair for my unique circumstances. Eventually, that’s exactly what happened. The issue is that the only reason it happened is because the sale would’ve been lost otherwise, which is just bad karma and bad business. I commend you for ATTEMPTING to rationalize and defend your team. But if your end goal was actually to have excellent customer service, you would’ve taken the issues I mentioned seriously, ACTUALLY READ what happened and not assumed you knew, and then been conciliatory in explaining that you hoped to do better in the future. Instead you chose to be sarcastic and dismissive. That’s a real shame. Hopefully, this interaction is shared widely so we can all be aware that at this location, the attitudes displayed toward the customers start at the top. And to me as a consumer, that’s a circus.
