First let me say that Dylan earned my business after 3 months of shopping. He was friendly, not pushy and was all about what the customer wanted. My only complaint was the sales manager Kevin who was complaining about the price I received ($26,545) from TrueCar and tried to say I couldn’t have that price unless I financed through Fucillo at 5.99% when I secured 1.99% PreApproved loan through my bank. I basically paid cash which showed the cash price on the offer I received from YOUR dealership through TrueCar. I’ve been in sales for 20 years and know the tactics. That almost lost the sale but Dylan was so nice I wanted to give him my business. He treated me with respect and was doing his best to make sure I got what I came in for. He was also very thorough in demonstrating BlueLink and all the other bells and whistles on the car. My only advice would be to make sure the customer gets a copy of their sales contract (which I did not) and since I paid $595 for the over priced ResistAll, I was not given the maintenance kit even though I reminded the sales manager when picking up the car. I am also missing the cover to the fuse box on my brand new car as well. Dylan is going to take care of the issues on Friday for me. I will comment that this purchase of a vehicle was much more pleasant than in the past. I will be recommending people to go see Dylan at Fucillo if they want a nice Hyundai Kona. 😄 I rated a 4 customer service only because if the few hiccups. More
