We have purchased cars where once the deal was made we never saw the salesman again, but Carl not only made sure we were able to take the car home the same day, he stayed with us making sure we were comfortable even finding a phone charger my 13 year old son could use to keep him happy! I will definitely recommend the dealership and especially recommend Carl to all my friends and neighbors. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and polite too. More

Carl my salesman was so patient and made sure to go over every feature in my car and made sure it was the one I wanted. Genuinely let down and disappointed with the entire experience at this “lovely” establishment. If I could put 0 stars I would.. Do not attempt to purchase a car here. You will have better luck with a much better experience elsewhere, it’s guaranteed. I have to say I was warned by several others not to go here but I thought I would give the benefit of the doubt. Purchasing a car was a huge choice for my family. We were in need of a safe family vehicle. This was important to us and we have been working exceptionally hard to get in a position to where we could purchase a car especially in the middle of the whole COVID-19 pandemic.. I had originally inquired on a car a few months back and was given an insane interest rate that we respectfully declined. I then received a call a month later from the “general sales manager” Steve, asking me about that experience. I informed him it was terrible and that I would not be looking for a car through this dealership. He somehow assured me it would be different this time around so I bit the bullet and reapplied. We got a better interest rate the second time around and decided to get the car having never actually spoken to an actual salesperson. We called ahead to make sure our appointment would be relatively quick since we both had to sign while having two children in our car. They assured me it would be quick and painless. Once we arrived, we had to wait 36 minutes past our original appointment time to be seen as our kids cried in the car with my mother. We did not want to have our kids with a sitter during this pandemic... We then finally got in with the finance manager who was clearly overly busy to be handling as much as he did that day. He was personable and friendly although he did not seem genuinely interested in any concerns I had because he was so busy. We ended up signing everything within 20 minutes because he had several other appointments for the day and have mentioned the day was supposed to be his day off but his coworker needed him to cover. They ended up assigning a random salesperson to our car who we never once actually spoke to. The car came with absolutely no floor mats. I had asked about them and was informed to go elsewhere to get them. Seemed like a ridiculous thing to have to beg for floor mats when most people I know have purchased used cars and have never had to actually ask for them. I have since called twice asking for them and was informed they were so busy over the weekend they couldn’t possibly make time for someone who already purchased a car. I received one key and they laughed at the idea of asking for a spare set like most cars usually include. I had to wait for the car to be detailed for a good 40 minutes before being able to leave the lot. Upon waiting almost every employee took their mask off at the sales desk which I thought was a serious hazard... Overall this has been by far my worst service experience in my life and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this building. In my 7 years of being in the customer service industry, I have never seen such a display of blatant disregard for another person. Once the sale has been made, they do not care who you are or what you need. You are just a number to this place... If we hadn’t already invested so much time in getting everything gathered to obtain this car we would have walked out and looked elsewhere. The one and only positive thing about the entire visit was the bright and vibrant gentleman who took the time to search my trade in vehicle and return my garage door button from my visor. He was the best part about the entire staff and I think they should invest in more people like him and less people like Steve. More
