I was very disappointed with the condition of the car upon delivery. I was given a keyfob for the vehicle with a battery that was pretty much dead. You'd think if you spent over 20k for a vehicle they w upon delivery. I was given a keyfob for the vehicle with a battery that was pretty much dead. You'd think if you spent over 20k for a vehicle they would have thrown in a new battery. Pretty cheap in my opinion and not a good way of doing business. Upon getting the vehicle home and going through the process of switching things over into the newer vehicle we found all sorts of dirt and someone else's hair all over the back of the car. Poor job prepping the vehicle prior to delivery. We went in with a problem with a bulge in the sidewalk of the tire. Typical used car salesman fashion he wanted nothing to do with us after the sale and without even checking out the problem himself just pawned is off on service dept. Now with the first day of having rainy humid morning we've discovered one of the headlights was all foggy. At this point I'm highly disappointed in the dealership and the lack of support from the salesman after the sale. More
