Sorry you had a bad experience at our dealership. All of our pre owned vehicles MUST pass New York State inspection to be sold which requires certain measurements for brakes and tires. The vehicle was driven for 6 months and certain driving habits can effect the tires and brakes. The 140.00 dollars is our hourly rate to look at a vehicle and we can not just offer techs to look at cars for free or give batteries away. No one in the dealership would have any reason to use profanity towards our customers. our only interaction is when you were asked to stop yelling at the Manager in the showroom. I understand you wanted to sign your papers and leave but unfortunately like you were told on the phone without your license and insurance the paperwork can not be printed till you got there.
