When misteps occur, quick action addresses issues. The location supports a solid test drive with diverse conditions. The Need for Improvement: (1) Capital Region prices will be higher than those compared to Syracuse or CT; accept this fact. Determine the value of your time versus just price. Albany Hyundai's volume seems to put Matthews in the underdog position (can't win a head to head competition on price alone). (2) My rating reflects the time and energy being understanding and frustrating end with my otherwise nice salesperson - incorrect paperwork, registration received after expired, salesman wasted my time to drive back to the dealership when a phone call would've answered a concern. If two easy referral sales were redirected, it's worth knowing. I love an underdog but know what you may be facing. If half the energy to solicit a high rating review was present to be responsive in the end, this would be higher. More
