Brian, Sorry, For your bad experience here, with all of our trades we present all of our customers with a full print out of what Kelly Blue Book values your trade out and showing you anything that would cause the price to be lower. You mentioned another store gave you a number of 6500.00 without even looking at your trade which is a ball park number and would not be fair for me to do to you and then possibly change it when we look at the car. I am sure you understand no one will give you an amount of money without looking at what they are buying. When you came on New Years eve we were busy however our computer systems went down and there was some delay because of that.
