Way better than I expected. I purchased a used Lincoln from Fuccillo. It was not new or certified, just a 3 year old returned from lease. After driving for several months and sev I purchased a used Lincoln from Fuccillo. It was not new or certified, just a 3 year old returned from lease. After driving for several months and several thousand miles I really liked the car, until after sitting in the garage for 3 days the battery died. I expected to have to replace it on my own but called Lincoln Concierge service just to see what would happen. To my surprise, they dispatched a tow truck got the car started and took it on a flatbed to Fuccillo. A call from the Fuccillo Service Dept, Morgan, confirmed the need for a new battery. The battery was replaced and all of the various electronic apps were update and the car returned to me the next day, all with no charges. I don't know if other dealers are as accommodating, but I am very satisfied. More

In for recall notice and concern about burning odir Recall was resolved satisfactorily.Burning was addressed explained as leaking gasket.Explained that slight oil leak was causing odor but assured it wa Recall was resolved satisfactorily.Burning was addressed explained as leaking gasket.Explained that slight oil leak was causing odor but assured it was not a safety concern. Was advised that due to vehicles age, high mileage and only local usage no further maintenance was recommended. I highly appreciate the honesty as I probably could of been told the issue needed to be resolved and could of been charged for further maintenance but was not. More
